We lift the cover and trace the run. If it keeps happening, we put a camera down to see why.

High-pressure jetting
Water at high pressure cuts through fat, wipes, silt and roots and flushes the pipe clean.

We run water through the system to make sure everything is flowing before we leave.

No. There's never a call-out charge.
How fast can you get here?
For emergencies, typically within two hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, as long as the drain isn't misused afterwards, for example by flushing baby wipes or sanitary products. Checkatrade jobs are also covered by their £1,000 guarantee (their T&Cs apply).
Why does my outside drain keep blocking?
Usually misuse or a lack of maintenance, sometimes roots or a damaged pipe. A camera survey shows exactly which.
