Stop and call
Stop flushing or running water so it doesn't overflow, then call or WhatsApp us a photo.

We clear it
Drain machines clear the trap and waste pipe, without harsh chemicals that damage pipes.

Check further down
If the blockage is in the soil stack or the drain outside, we clear that too.

Leave it working
We test every fitting and leave the bathroom or kitchen clean.

Is there a call-out charge?
No. There's never a call-out charge.
How fast can you get here?
For emergencies, typically within two hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, as long as the drain isn't misused afterwards, for example by flushing baby wipes or sanitary products. Checkatrade jobs are also covered by their £1,000 guarantee (their T&Cs apply).
Can I use drain unblocker from the shop?
Chemical unblockers rarely shift wipes or fat and can damage older pipes. If a plunger hasn't worked, it's usually further down the pipe.
